Orders

How can I place an order?

Once you have fallen in love with an item, just add it to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart" button. Products in your cart are reserved for you only after you have successfully completed the checkout process.

Can I place an order for someone else?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept "gift" orders. The items you purchase are intended to be used by the purchaser according to our "Terms and Conditions" and will be verified prior to purchase using address verification. Your credit card entered for payment will be checked by the AVS system and your Name, Address, and Zip code MUST match what is on file with your credit card issuer or banking institution for your order to be processed and shipped.

I placed an order. What happens next?

Your card will be authorized at checkout and payment will be processed once your order has been verified. After you've placed your order and your payment and shipping details have been verified, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email.

How can I find the status of my order?

You can create an account to view your order status or check your email for updates. We send updates along the way to the email used when ordering including your tracking updates.

My card keeps getting declined?

Your NAME, ADDRESS, and ZIP CODE all need to match for our payment system to accept your order. If experiencing problems, you can verify your information with your banking or credit institution and if you still need assistance, please contact us at weirdosgtx@gmail.com.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship all orders within 2 - 3 business days and use UPS Priority Shipping. Once your order has been shipped you can expect your order in 4 - 5 days. Please check your email for tracking updates.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use UPS to ship all of our orders out unless shipping to a PO Box. Your item will ship with UPS and be out for final delivery by your local USPS driver and usually takes anywhere from 3 - 5 days to arrive.

Payments

How can I pay?

We accept payment by wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

How can I pay by wire transfer?

Sorry, we don't accept wire transfer.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can comfortably and securely pay with your credit card during checkout. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. A CashApp card with a Visa logo will also work as a form of payment.

What about PayPal?

Sorry, we don't accept PayPal.

Returns

Can I return an item?

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted. For questions or concerns, please see our Terms of Service and Conditions.

New Stuff

When will you add new products?

We add new products on a monthly basis. If you see something you like go ahead and grab it because it may be gone next month and replaced with something new and exciting. If you saw something that is now unavailable and you want it, just reach out and we'll get you taken care of. :)
